Whether your facility is brand-new, or an existing building, Capital can provide the level of service(s) that you may require. Our “keep-up” cleaning programs are designed to protect your investment in your facility. All buildings need restorative cleaning procedures on a scheduled basis, and our Special-Services Department is qualified to perform those tasks as necessary. Also, Capital was the first cleaning contractor in the Metro area to be certified for clean-room cleaning. This entailed a yearlong process for certification through the Pfizer Corporation.

Capital Maintenance Services also believes that it is crucial for us to understand the challenges that you confront on a daily basis to truly become business partners. This philosophy enabled our company to be named 1994 Vendor of the Year by Pfizer Corporation at their American Medical Systems facility. The selection process for this award involved nearly one thousand trading partners.
